In a very close game with many chances for both teams, there were only two penalties called, both against the United States. Neither resulted in a goal, but momentum was certainly a factor throughout the game.

You're right there was only one....They put Craig Smith in the box when things got crazy after his stuff attempt shortly after the bogus hooking call on Pacioretty, but they never gave him a penalty.
